Peruvian makers earn ‘Best in Show’ in Americas competition of International Chocolate Awards
Gold, silver and bronze winners eligible for World Final competition.
The International Chocolate Awards has announced the winners of the 2019 Americas Bean-to-bar and Chocolatier Competition, which was judged May 27-June 3 in New York.
The judging panel included regular judges from the U.S., along with pastry chefs, restaurateurs, journalists and other specialists from the New York area and members of the international Grand Jury panel.
