Chicago-area chocolatier donates Ruby chocolate bunnies to 2 hospitals
Barry Callebaut donated Ruby chocolate to Roselle, Ill.-based Chocolate Inspirations.
Inspired by the desire to support those on the frontlines of the coronavirus outbreak, Chocolate Inspirations, a mother-and-daughter-owned chocolatier in Roselle, Illinois, is donating 500 ruby chocolate Easter bunnies to Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
“The mission of Chocolate Inspirations has always been to encourage positivity through chocolate, and there is no better time to spread positivity than now, especially for those who are out there risking their lives every day for people who have been infected with the coronavirus. We are so thankful for everything they are doing,” say Marcy Goetz, partner, and her mother and head chef, Pam Vieau.
