However, since its humble beginnings as a two-person operation, Once Again has remained committed to its original aim of producing natural, organic, healthy products that do good by the environment, and the people who make its nut butters (and now, graham cracker sandwich snacks) possible.
To learn more about the company’s history, line of nut butters and snacks, and its adherence to social and environmental standards, Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery spoke with Gael Orr, director of marketing, Once Again.
