SNAC Executive Leadership Forum to bring star power
The snack industry event will feature Olympic legends and high-profile food pros.

SNAC International has announced the presenter lineup for the 49th Annual Executive Leadership Forum (ELF) 2025, an event designed for executives in the snack industry to discuss critical issues, share insights, and network with peers.
This year’s agenda includes:
- Go for Gold: Olympic legends Fraser Bullock and Apolo Ohno will share leadership lessons from the world’s biggest stage—covering mental discipline, high-performance habits, and leading through change.
- Gen-Z Decoded: Amy He of Morning Consult will explore the behaviors, values, and spending habits of the influential consumer demographic.
- Gen-Z Snacking: Digital, Convenient, and Delivered: Gopuff’s Michael Peroutka will reveal how to win Gen Z and Millennials with instant commerce, speed, and relevance.
- Consumer Decision-Making Right Now: Chad Lusk of Alvarez & Marsal will offer a broad look at current consumer sentiment and what’s shaping purchase decisions across all demographics.
- Economic Roadmap for Uncertain Times: Zions Bank’s Robert Spendlove will break down key 2025 market forces and what business leaders should monitor moving forward.
- Leading Relationships: author Steve McClatchy will provide tools to reduce workplace drama and build trust through his Five Levels of Maturity framework.
- Product Development in Challenging Times: Barb Stuckey of Mattson will cover innovation strategies, shifting ingredient landscapes, and how to respond to ever-evolving consumer demands.
