Product Snapshot:Florio Sports teamed up with National Baseball Hall of Famer, Cal Ripken, Jr., to launch Ripken Power Shred, a high-quality, protein-rich jerky product made from lean American beef. This shredded beef jerky snack is sourced and made in the United States and comes in Original, Sweet n’ Spicy and Teriyaki varieties. It is projected to hit retail outlets by spring 2011.

Ingredients (Teriyaki in pouches):

Beef brisket, teriyaki sauce (soy sauce [water, wheat, soybeans, salt], wine, sugar, water, salt, spices, onion powder, succinic acid, garlic powder), brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, black pepper, organic Worcestershire sauce (organic rice vinegar, organic wheat-free tamari soy sauce [water, organic soybeans, salt], organic evaporated cane juice, salt, organic spices), ginger.
