Twenty-five years ago, the Potato Chip/Snack Food Association (PC/SFA) held SNAXPO 1981 at the Diplomat Hotel and Country Club in Hollywood, Fla. It was the first SNAXPO for Judi Barth, SFA V.P. of Marketing and Member Programs, who recently celebrated her 25th anniversary with SFA. In the photo, Dave and Janet McDonald, Nalley’s Fine Foods, cut the ribbon officially opening the exhibit hall at the 44th annual SNAXPO. The theme was, “Facing the Future.”
