Flowers Foods Bakeries Group, Thomasville, Ga. — Richard Holder named president of its Bradenton, Fla., bakery. Johnny J. Smith replaces Holder as president of its Norfolk, Va., operation.
Sara Lee Corp., Chicago — Garry S. Berryman is appointed as chief procurement officer.
Sugar Foods Corp., New York City — Stephen Odell joins the company’s founder, Donald Tober, as co-CEO. Senior vice president Martin Wilson will take over as president and chief operating offer. Jim Walsh, vice president of administration is promoted to executive vice president. Tober continues to serve as chairman.
