Nonni’s Foods, LLC, a Tulsa, Okla.-based biscotti baker, was awarded Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery's Best New Product of 2012 in its online poll. Editors from the publication, a leading information resource for decision makers in the snack food and bakery industry, selected their 10 favorite products introduced in 2012 based on originality, packaging and taste.
The publication then asked consumers to vote for their favorite of the 10 finalists in an online poll. Nonni's Salted Caramel Biscotti swept the competition, receiving more than half (51%) of the consumer votes.

Introduced to the market in July 2012, the sweet biscotti is filled with caramels, dipped and drizzled in rich milk chocolate and lightly sprinkled with sea salt. Each biscotti is an indulgent everyday treat in a 100-calorie size, individually wrapped for freshness. The product is currently available for purchase at retailers nationwide.
