Tortillas, pastry cups and gluten-free stuffing are among the 10 products selected by Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery’s editors, Lauren Hartman and Romy Schafer, for the magazine’s Best New Snack and Bakery Products of 2013 list.
The items were chosen from the many new products published in Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery and on Snackandbakery.com in 2013. Originality, packaging and taste were the criteria on which they were selected.
