SF&WB named exclusive media partner for Sanitary Design Workshop
Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery and The Sanitary Design Workshop are pleased to announce that Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery is the exclusive media partner of the workshop, taking place March 17 and 18 at the Allerton Hotel, Chicago.
This year’s workshop theme is “Equipment & Plant Design for Allergen & Pathogen Control in Low-Moisture Foods,” a unique, hands-on, educational opportunity presented by experts who are “in the trenches” and employed in processing facilities. Topics covered will include practical and proven approaches to cleaning, sanitary design, equipment layout, and personnel requirements for engineers, sanitarians, and plant managers.
