Siemer Specialty Ingredients has launched a new, content rich website that will help food manufacturers find the right ingredient for their product development needs.
Siemer Specialty Ingredients is a division of Siemer Milling Company that offers naturally heat treated wheat flour, germ and bran, enabling food manufacturers to replace chemically modified ingredients to support clean label claims. The proprietary process also ensures food safety, especially for products that may be consumed before cooking or baking, such as raw cookie dough.
