ProFood Tech is a new biennial event designed to showcase the latest food industry innovations and technologies, including snack food and bakery. It will take place April 4–6 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
The event seeks to prepare manufacturers for market changes and broaden attendees’ knowledge of advances, best practices and trends across the food industry through educational opportunities. The conference program will feature industry leaders, consumer and flavor trends, and best practices in food processing and engineering. The educational opportunities will offer a wide range of learning formats.
