Bantam founders Nick and Elyse Oleksak were inspired to create them for the same reason they created their original Bantam Bagels and their mini stuffed Bantam Pancakes. "Our goal is to take foods that give you that happy, cozy Saturday morning feeling and make them accessible for an everyday burst of guilt-free, easy enjoyment,” said Elyse Oleksak. “People are looking for protein to start their day. When it comes to protein offerings, people are forced to choose from either larger, sodium rich frozen breakfasts sandwiches, or chalky, unfulfilling bars. Our goal is to give them a delicious alternative, so they can have their bagel… and protein too,” said Nick Oleksak. Each Bantam Egg Bite is only 100 calories, and has 5 grams of protein – that’s 200 calories and 10 grams of protein for just 2, giving customers the ability to eat something delicious and exciting, all the while providing a powerful start to the day.

With their mini stuffed bagels, pancakes, and now mini stuffed egg bites, Bantam is recreating the frozen breakfast “eggsperience,” bringing authenticity, real ingredients, and a spark of fun to an otherwise stale & declining set.
