IFT19, produced by the Institute of Food Technologists, will take place June 2 to 5 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. This annual event is expected to attract over 17,000 attendees from across the global food industry to collaborate, share, learn and network, as well as explore the latest research and see new supply-chain innovations from ingredient, food safety, QA/QC, technology, equipment, processing and packaging companies. IFT19 will feature over 1,000 exhibiting companies, and will offer over 100 scientific sessions and over 600 research poster presentations.
