At interpack, Hosokawa Bepex will be exhibiting several new concepts targeted toward confectionery cooking, forming, cutting, enrobing and cooling. In the area of cooking, the kitchen concept is based on a new hygienic design that focuses on simple and good operability.
For example, the skids have been planned without rods or mass piping in the range of operation. All valves, which are operated by hand are free and easy accessible. In addition, all tanks are engineered using hygienic design.
