As part of its reorganization pending the retirement
of Sam Torrence, president of Bethhelem, Pa.-based Just Born, Inc., the
company has promoted Matt Petronio to executive vice president and chief
operating officer.
Barbara Luijckx, a Belgian-Polish joint venture,
celebrated the grand opening of its new 3,000-sq.-meter (32,300 sq. ft.)
production facility in Inowroclaw, Poland on Sept. 27.
