As part of its reorganization pending the retirement of Sam Torrence, president of Bethhelem, Pa.-based Just Born, Inc., the company has promoted Matt Petronio to executive vice president and chief operating officer. In addition, the company revamped its business units into six distinct teams: Global Customer Development, Brand Development, Technical Services, Finance, Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain and Human Resources.

The reorganization has let to several additional promotions within the company, which include the following: Mark McLaughlin to senior v.p. - supply chain & human resources; Ronald Izewski to senior v.p. – finance and ceo; Kathy Bassininski to v.p. – brand development & corporate services;  Richard Milker to v.p. –technical services; and  Keith Von Zup to v.p. – global customer development. 

All are now members of the company’s Executive Team along with Paul Oliver, IT director, and will  report to Petronio. Petronio will report to Torrence until his retirement in June 2008.

Other promotions at the company include Donna Burkit, who now takes over as director of customer operations, and Lynee Jackson, who’s the new customer service manager.
