U.S. Rep. Rush Holt got a pretty sweet tour Tuesday.

The New Jersey politician got a first-hand look at the Promotion in Motion manufacturing facility in Someset, N.J.

While there, Michael Rosenberg, Promotion In Motion’s president, as well as other associates of the company, provided Holt with a first-hand look at the cooking process.

“I'm pleased that Promotion In Motion has kept these jobs in New Jersey and that they’re investing in research to create more and better products — and jobs — in the years  to come,” Holt says.

Rosenberg also showed Holt the multi-step process used to create Welch’s Fruit n’ Yogurt, as well as the mixing and drying procedure for Welch’s Fruit Snacks.

Liz Clark, The National Confectioners Association v.p.; U.S. Representative Rush Holt (N.J.-12);  Larry Graham, NCA president and Rozalyn Sherman, the councilwoman from the 2nd ward in the township of Franklin, N.J., also were there for the tour.
