David Studer, a long-time employee of various Lindt divisions, will take over as the vice president of sales for Lindt USA.  

The premium chocolatier announced that he will now be responsible for all national and regional sales along with sales operations and trade marketing. 

“We’re confident Lindt will continue to achieve significant growth and success under his leadership,” says Thomas Linemayr, president and ceo of Lindt USA.  

Studer first began working as a sales director for Lindt & Sprungli in Switerzland eight years ago. He later transitioned to head of international sales and eventually transferred to Lindt Mexico to serve as the country manager.  

“Daniel has had many great accomplishments since joining Lindt & Sprungli, and we’re extremely pleased to have him join us at Lindt USA,” says Linemayr.  

As a mainstay in the chocolate industry, Lindt continued to grow last year reaching the fastest growth of all chocolate brands in the U.S. market in 2010.
