Chex Mix Popped pairs light and airy popcorn with crunchy Chex Mix pieces for a delicious snack combination that contains 3.5 g. of fat per 29-gram serving — 50 percent less fat than regular potato chips. It comes in two flavors: Chex Mix Popped White Cheddar (7.5-oz. bag) and Chex Mix Popped Sweet & Salty (9-oz. bag).
