Retail Confectioners International has announced its Board of Directors will mostly remain the same for 2020-2021, with two exceptions.

Jeffery Smith of Peterbrooke Chocolatier will serve as acting 1st Vice President for one year, while Tony Stefanelli of Romolo Chocolates will serve on the board’s executive committee for one year..

RCI says it continues to keep members connected virtually on a regular basis. This year’s board of directors meeting is no exception, as board members recently spoke face-to-face, welcoming Stefanelli to the board and thanking Smith on his new role as acting 1st Vice President. 

“At this time, we are especially grateful for the strong leadership of our board of directors and their commitment to supporting this organization and the industry,” said Angie Burlison, RCI executive director. “As an association we are fortunate to have a strong network of candy makers and suppliers who have continued to support each other during this challenging time.”
