M&M’S looks to ‘M-Prove America’

Treating yourself and helping others finally go hand in hand.

M&M’S certainly do make life better, and now the brand wants consumers to do the same: make life better for others.

Mars Chocolate North America has introduced a new campaign — ‘Better With M.’ — that showcases how M&M’S make moments more fun and delicious, while also encouraging fans to ‘M-Prove America’ by volunteering at Habitat for Humanity job sites nationwide.

The new integrated marketing campaign is one of the largest in the brand’s history.

It will include a new 30-second commercial set to air during Super Bowl XLVII, multiple television, print and digital ads in both English and Spanish, as well as in-store displays and multiple social network initiatives.

“The ‘Better With M’ story is delivered through our colorful spokescandies, whose irresistible chocolate always makes moments even better — be they watching the Super Bowl, baking cookies, gathering the family together for a movie or even tailgating,” says Roy Benin, Mars Chocolate North America’s chief consumer officer.
