Candy Cake Bites are a combination of rich truffle ganache and moist cake. These small chocolate morsels are moulded, not dipped or enrobed. Some have added spirits for flavor enhancement. They come in a variety of flavors, including: Limoncello, Caramel, Bananas Foster, Anise Caramel, Macadamia Brittle, Moonstone Plum Sake Candied Ginger, Rogue Ale Caramel, Salted Stout, Tangelo Gran Gala, Key Lime Pie, Peanut Butter Brittle, and Tangelo Gran Gala.

Ingredients: (Limoncello) Ganache: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), lemon juice, lemon zest, cream, limoncello. Cake: sugar, butter, flour, milk, lemon zest, baking powder, salt, lemon extract.
