As part of its ongoing reorganization, which included taking part of its U.S. beverage business out of the confectionery division and moving a large portion of its UK manufacturing operations to Eastern Europe, Cadbury Schweppes will establish a new regional headquarters in Switzerland.  Cadbury Europe President Chris Van Steenbergen plans to bring many different international workers together at the new base in Rolle.  “I want to build an international team, not a French or English one.  In the end we’ll have 25 nationalities here,” he says.  Cadbury’s goal for restructuring the company is to increase sales margins into the mid-teens by 2011.
