Chocolat Stella debuts new LTO chocolate bars
Both bars will be available starting July 1.

Following the success of the 2024 Limited Editions—ChoViva & Cookies and Cocoa Fruit Crunch by Koa—Chocolat Stella is once again striving to making a statement this year in terms of innovation, sustainability, and conscious indulgence, it says. Starting July 1, Stella will launch two new limited-edition chocolate bars.
Apricoa – Vegan Chocolate with Apricot Kernels
This bar combines smooth, vegan chocolate indulgence with milk from apricot kernels and crunchy apricot kernel pieces. Apricot kernels—a largely untapped by-product of agriculture—are refined in a resource-efficient and flavorful way, the brand says. The creation was developed in close collaboration with Austrian upcycling specialist Kern Tec.
Cocoa Booster – The Natural Daily Booster with Cocoa Flavanols
This bar is designed for connoisseurs who want to incorporate functional indulgence into their daily routine, whether as a mindful snack or a small break. This chocolate combines intense flavor with noticeable added value, Stella says.
Cocoa flavanols are natural plant compounds found in cocoa beans, reportedly known for their positive health effects. Thanks to a proprietary process, Stella has succeeded in preserving these ingredients in a gentle way and incorporating them into the chocolate in concentrated form, the brand adds. Cocoa flavanols can help maintain the elasticity of blood vessels, contributing to normal blood flow.
Both bars will be initially be sold exclusively through the webshop at chocolatstella.ch, and at the Stella Bernrain factory stores in Kreuzlingen (TG) and Giubiasco (TI), Switzerland.
