To better satisfy America’s increased demand for unique chocolate confections, Sconza Candy has introduced Sunlights, a line of roasted sunflower seed confections made with cocoa and featuring delicate sugar shells. Available in more than l5 dedicated colors and seasonal color mixes, the tiny confections come bulk-packed in 10-lb. cases. Sunlights also are available in a color combination mix for Christmas, spring and fall as well as an assorted mix for everyday appeal. Custom color combinations are subject to minimum purchases. For purists, Sconza offers premium, ultra dark chocolate sunflower seeds.
Ingredients: Confectioner’s coating (sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, cocoapowder, whey powder, nonfat milk powder, soy lecithin-an emulsifier, natural vanilla flavor), sunflower seeds, sugar, tapioca dextrin, artificial colors (Red 3, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake, Blue 1 Lake, Blue 2Lake, titanium dioxide), carnauba wax, confectioners glaze. Contains milkand soy. Made on shared equipment with peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds andwheat-containing products.
