With 20g of protein per packet (2g per Clif Shot Rok), the “Roks” are made with natural and organic ingredients. They contain 4.5g of fat and no trans fats. About the size of a grape, each Clif Shot Rok features a crunchy shell with a chewy center and comes in flavors Peanut Butter, Chocolate and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
