Attendees of the 2021 Sweets & Snacks Expo are required to complete an online personal health screening before entering the Indiana Convention Center.

The National Confectioners Association (NCA) said the personal health screening is designed to be completed quickly on mobile phones. 

Attendees must show completed health screening every day that they attend the Expo in order to enter the building. The NCA recommends screenshotting the “good to go” screen for easy access in-and-out throughout the day.

Attendees can access this health screening by:

• Visiting sweetsandsnacks.com/health
• Scanning a QR code on the back of your badge or on a sign near the entrance

If attendees cannot use a smartphone to complete this screening, paper forms will be available to you at the Expo entrance. For questions or concerns regarding this health screening please call 1-833-336-3206 ext. 1 for assistance.
