RCI Spring Regional Institute approaches
This year’s Retail Confectioners International (RCI) Spring Regional Institute will be held in Savannah, Ga. from April 19-23. The event includes trips to The Chocolate Tree, Byrd Cookie Co. and Savannah’s Candy Kitchen, along with educational seminars, the candy clinic and “Kettle Talks.” Additionally, RCI’s Merchandising Boot Camp will be held in Clinton Township, Mich. from April 26-28.
