German gummy snack maker agrees to redesign after lawsuit
The Round Lake- Minn., based F&S had alleged that Mederer’s e.frutti brand gummi snack bags used the same colors, layout and lettering as as a comparable F&S product.
A lawyer for F&S told the Business Journal that the suit was amicably resolved.
