Askinosie makes this 61% dark chocolate bar with Trinitario cocoa beans sourced directly from farmers in Mababu, Tanzania. The company blends it with Haas avocado pulp powder, organic rosemary and a touch of organic black pepper.

Inspired by Heath Ceramics’ 70-year legacy of craftsmanship, California roots and approachable designs, Askinosie created this unique bar, whose texture mimics the smooth glazing of Heath’s ceramics.

Ingredients: Mababu, Tanzania cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, avocado, organic sucanat cane sugar, organic black pepper, fleur de sel sea salt.
