Davis Chocolate, Indiana’s only bean-to-bar chocolate maker, has introduced 70 percent dark chocolate bars with inclusions. Varieties include Cacao Nibs, Peanut Butter, Quinoa Puffs, Himalayan Salt and Raisin. Other flavors are in development.
Ingredients (Peanut Butter): Organic Ecuador cacao beans, organic sugar, organic peanut butter chips (organic roasted peanuts, organic coconut sugar, organic cocoa butter, salt), organic cocoa butter.
