Description: Taza Chocolate has launched three new Amaze Bars inspired by the popularity of their best-selling, ultra-dark chocolate bar: 95% Wicked Dark. Joining the line are 95% Wicked Dark with Toasted Coconut, 95% Wicked Dark with Ginger and 95% Wicked Dark with Toasted Quinoa.
 
Why has Wicked Dark been a runaway success? Taza uses traditional stone mills to grind cacao, which captures the natural fruity notes in cocoa beans. That means Taza can dial back the sugar and make delicious chocolate that’s 80%, 85%, and even 95% dark, and it tastes bright and bold, not bitter. 
 
All Taza Chocolate products are USDA organic, direct trade-certified, Non-GMO Project verified vegan, kosher and free of gluten, dairy and soy.
