Harbor Sweets, the longtime maker of quintessential New England-themed handcrafted artisanal chocolates, has announced “Personal Favorites” for its Salt & Ayre line, rolling out the new single flavor boxes of duets, nine and 16-piece bites in time for the pre-holiday ordering season.

Salt & Ayre’s culinary infused truffles and salted chocolates, made with 70% cacao bittersweet chocolate, have been enthusiastically received since the brand’s 2014 debut according to Harbor Sweets’ CEO and Owner Phyllis LeBlanc.

Each box of Salt & Ayre Personal Favorites features a beautiful tranquil hue found among the familiar New England shoreline. The seven crave-worthy chocolates flavors include Chai, Café au Lait, Hazelnut, Espresso and salted chocolates Salt Caramel with Himalayan Sea Salt, Crystallized Ginger with Thai Ginger Sea Salt and Almond Buttercrunch Toffee with Chipotle Sea Salt.

Harbor Sweets collaborated with longtime friend and cookbook author Lora Brody in the creation of Salt & Ayre to commemorate the company’s 40th anniversary.

Ingredients: (Chai) Semisweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate processed with alkali, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, butterfat, soy lecithin, vanilla), heavy cream, dark chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, unsweetened chocolate processed with alkali, cocoa butter, natural flavor), sugar, milk chocolate (sugar, milk, cocoa butter, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin, vanilla), crystallized ginger (ginger, sugar), butter (cream, salt), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk, nonfat dry milk, milk fat, soy lecithin, natural flavor), milk chocolate with hazelnuts (sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa fat, dry whole milk, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin), corn syrup, almonds, natural flavor, honey, sea salt, salt, coffee-flavored white chocolate (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk, coffee, spices), spices, espresso powder, soy lecithin, baking soda.
