Jelly Belly to launch new Super Hero Collection
Partnership with Warner Bros. will bring superheroes to special jelly bean bags.
The superhero hype has been building for months, with Wonder Woman set to join Batman and Superman in the upcoming film "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice."
But that's not the only place these three iconic superheroes will appear. Coming this spring, they'll also be featured on specially branded bags of Jelly Belly jelly beans.
Jelly Belly Candy Co. has partnered with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, on behalf of DC Entertainment, to launch the new Jelly Belly Super Hero Collection.
The collection will launch with two bag types: a 1-oz. bag perfect for snacking or party favors, and a 2.8-oz. Grab & Go bag for sharing or gifting.
The 1-oz. bags will feature Batman, Superman, or Wonder Woman in a mixed 24-count caddy while the Grab & Go bags will be sold separately in breakaway 12-count caddies.
Each bag will contain the Super Hero mix of jelly beans, which includes shimmering versions of popular flavors Berry Blue, Blueberry, Cream Soda, Sour Lemon, Very Cherry and Wild Blackberry.
With the right timing, you could find yourself snacking on these timeless superheroes' signature jelly beans while watching them duke it out on the big screen.
