Tomric Systems, Inc. has purchased World's Best chocolate mould brand in an effort to strengthen its position as a leader in the professional chocolate mould market and to diversify its line of brands. 

The deal is effective as of yesterday, April 29, 2014. The terms of the deal were not released.

"We're pleased to announce this exciting addition, after having several years of exclusive worldwide distribution," says Thomas Elsinghorst, Tomric president. "This will allow Tomric to make further investments in new mould designs, and improve mould availability for our customers."

World's Best chocolate moulds, used for making solid chocolate pieces, are known for their durability and high-quality magnetic closures, which yield seamless moulded chocolates with excellent detail and ease of use.

Tomric's addition of the World's Best brand further enhances their catalog of more than 3,000 professional quality chocolate and confectionery-related products.

Tomric Systems, Inc. began by making plastic candy moulds for chocolate makers under the Tomric Plastics brand name in 1962. Since then, it has evolved into being a pioneer in the design, manufacture, distribution and sale of chocolate moulds, equipment, packaging, tools and supplies.
