In 2014, Bühler has presented more than ten new solutions within the cocoa and chocolate processing chain for the industry.

The focus is on new hygienic concepts for customers who want to increase the food safety of their lines even more, on compact production solutions that are tailored to the requirements of manufacturers with small and medium-sized production volumes, and on new innovative technologies for more efficient processes.

The company’s broad “bean-to-bar” processing portfolio provides excellent solutions that keep customers a step ahead.

New highlights in chocolate mass and compound production include the SmartChoc, which will be presented at the booth, and the MicroFactory, which is the first compact DoMiReCo (Dosing-Mixing-Refining-Conching) system on the market. Both attractively priced solutions demonstrate how companies with smaller production volumes can benefit from Bühler’s vast know-how in chocolate processing.

In chocolate moulding, Bühler will show the new PowerShot Compact. This depositor constitutes the core of the ChocoStar Compact moulding system.
