Element is a modern twist on a classic snack: rice or corn cakes coated in chocolate or fruit. All natural, non-GMO, gluten free, and cholesterol-free. They have 80 calories, 5 grams of sugar, and no cholesterol. Also, per weight, Element has more chocolate than rice or corn, never so much that it overwhelms.

Ingredients: (Sweet Vanilla Orange Rice)60% yogurt and orange coating (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 3 percent skimmed yogurt, powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavoring: orange, vanilla), 40 percent rice cakes, (wholegrain brown rice, rice). Contains milk and soy. May contain traces of nut.
