The International Chocolate Salon has announced the winners of the 2019 Caramel Awards.

Winning entries received the most votes from the panel of judges, which includes national and regional magazines, newspaper and blog editors, topic experts, local chefs and food gurus.

The winners can use the official award winner title and award logos on packaging and displays, and have access to award logo merchandise.
