THE PRODUCT: Chocolate-covered almond tart with raspberry in orange liqueur
THE HOOK: Danish chocolate manufacturer Anthon Berg has added a new chocolate to its Marzipan and Fruit line. The new flavor, Raspberry in Orange Liqueur, joins existing flavors Plum in Madeira, Cherry in Rum, Strawberry in Champagne, Apricot in Brandy and Grape in Muscat Wine. All of the fruit and liqueur centers are covered in a sweet almond paste and coated in dark chocolate made from the Forastero cocoa bean. The almond, fruit and dark chocolate ingredients aid in the health of the consumer. Along with the introduction of the new flavor comes newly designed packaging featuring beautiful product illustrations.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, cocoa mass (chocolate), glucose syrup, raspberries 11%, almonds 10%, apricot kernels, spirits, liqueur (Grand Marnier) 1%, cocoa butter, milk fat, flavoring (ethyl vanillin), acid (citric acid), emulsifier (rapeseed/canola lecithin), thickener (pectin), preservative (sorbic acid). May contain traces of milk and nuts. Alcohol max 2.0 % W/W.
