What to check out and what not to miss at this year's Expo.
We recently were able to talk to Carly Schildhaus, Sweets & Snacks Expo spokesperson, National Confectioners Association (NCA), about the soon forthcoming 2025 Sweets & Snacks Expo, taking place May 13-15 in Indianapolis.
This year's Expo will feature more than 1000 exhibitors, 250,000-sq.-ft. of show floor space, and 14,000+ attendees. Schildhaus chats about the events and educational sessions that attendees won't want to miss, as well as off-floor events like Happy Hour at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the Indy 500 practice session.
