Video: Sweets & Snacks Expo expands reach to West Coast
The move from Indy to Vegas will leverage the city's status as a major tradeshow city.
We recently sat down with Carly Schildhaus, spokesperson, Sweets & Snacks Expo (hosted by the National Confectioners Association), to chat about this year's iteration, which is coming up this May in Las Vegas.
This is the Expo's first time in Vegas, and 1,000 exhibitors and 16,000 attendees are expected to attend, with 275,000 square feet of show floor.
In this interview, Schildhaus talks about the Expo's focus on all things new, with programs like Startup Street and the Most Innovative New Product Awards, and what attendees can expect in terms of education, social activities, and more.
