Ferrero will be unveiling multiple innovations at the Sweets and Snacks Expo specifically developed for North American consumers as part of the company's growth strategy.
The five new products feature multiple firsts for the company and are reflective of its commitment to the U.S. market, it says. The new products include a brand-new format for Ferrero Rocher and Nutella’s first taste innovation, made specially for the North American market. In addition, there is a $75 million new development project in the works that will create 65 new local jobs making Nutella Peanut. It is slated to start production later this year.
The innovations include:
- Ferrero Rocher chocolate squares: The flavors and textures of Ferrero Rocher in a new shape. Each square has a milk chocolate shell, creamy filling, and crunchy hazelnuts. Varieties include Milk Hazelnut, Dark Hazelnut, White Hazelnut, Caramel Hazelnut, and Assorted squares. Available in stores in September.
- Nutella Peanut: Nutella’s first-ever innovation, a chocolatey spread made with both hazelnuts and peanuts, will be made at Ferrero’s Chicagoland facility especially for the North American market. Available in stores spring 2026.
- Tic Tac Dr. Pepper: The next soft drink collaboration from the Tic Tac brand, following the success of Tic Tac Sprite and Tic Tac Coca-Cola. Coming fall 2025.
