Michele Ferrero, the richest man in Italy and owner of the Ferrero group that created Nutella and the Ferrero Rocher chocolates, died at 89 on Valentine's Day.
The $200 million facility is slated for Guanajuato and would be used to manufacture Kinder Surprise, Kinder Chocolate, Kinder Delice and the hazelnut cream Nutella.
