Nassau Candy, manufacturer of specialty and private label confections, unveiled new exclusive bulk under its Clever Candy brand at the 2025 Sweets & Snacks Expo recently. The new Clever Candy gummy releases for 2025 focus on trending nostalgic and sour flavors. 

“Nassau Candy has a reputation for the most innovative bulk, offering the hot flavor profiles,” says Andrew Reitman, EVP, national brand confections for Nassau Candy. “As sour surges in popularity, we’re expanding our sour offerings, including sour spins on popular Clever Candy’s sweet gummy varieties.”

New for 2025 are Sour Mini Gummy Bears, sour versions of the brand's Clever Candy’s Mini Gummy Bears. The ultra mini versions of this candy are coated in shimmering sour sanding sugar and feature flavors like berry, green apple, orange, strawberry, lemon, and blueberry.

Another new sour gummy that premiered at the show is Sour Gummy Kicks gummy sneakers. The gummies feature a two-tone gummy sneaker shape in five flavors: pineapple, strawberry, tangerine, green apple, raspberry, and grape.

Clever Candy released new Gummy Sour Cubes and Sour Pyramids. The cube-shaped Sour Cubes reportedly offer a soft texture and will be available in such sour flavor favorites like strawberry, green apple, tangerine, blueberry, pineapple.

Gummy Sour Pyramids include two-tone pyramid shaped gummies in sour strawberry, watermelon, pineapple, tangerine, and blueberry.

Nassau Candy is also going nostalgic, offering a gummy spin on a summertime staple with their Gummy Orange & Cream Popsicle. A two-tone orange and white gummy paired with detailed popsicle shape and orange and vanilla flavors evokes the creamy citrus flavors of the frozen treat, the company says.

Clever Candy Sour Mini Gummy Bears and Sour Gummy Kicks are available now. The brand’s new Gummy Sour Cubes, Gummy Sour Pyramids and Gummy Orange & Cream Popsicle will be available in early fall. To view the entire new Clever Candy Bulk collection, click here.
