Nassau Candy to unveil bulk chocolate
The brand will debut new Chocolate Covered Pretzels at the Sweets & Snacks Expo.

Nassau Candy, manufacturer of specialty and private label confections, is unveiling new chocolate bulk under its Nassau Candy brand at the 2025 Sweets & Snacks Expo (booth #2705). Included in the offerings are new flavors for the brand’s chocolate covered pretzels, as well as new panned candies—Turbinado Almonds and Chocolate Mint Melts.
Nassau Candy is offering its Chocolate Covered Pretzels in two new trending flavor profiles:
- Dill Pickle Mini Pretzels: Mini pretzels coated in white confection with dill pickle flavor.
- Strawberry Mini Pretzels: Mini pretzels coated in white confection with strawberry flavor.
The small size of the pretzels makes the new Nassau Candy Flavored Mini Pretzels useful for bulk displays, adding to candy boards, or repacking in bags or tubs, the company says.
Nassau Candy is also releasing bulk Turbinado Almonds, including premium whole almonds coated in dark chocolate and topped with turbinado sugar.
The company’s new Chocolate Mint Melts include creamy buttermints coated in chocolate for a different way to experience the chocolate and mint pairing. Chocolate Covered Mints Melts will be offered in both milk chocolate and dark chocolate varieties.

Our latest offerings continue that tradition,” says Dana Rodio, director of marketing and brand strategy at Nassau Candy. “Pickle flavor is prolific right now and the salty, creamy flavor of our white confectionery pretzels is the perfect pairing. We’re also playing with fun textures like crunch with our Turbinado Almonds and creamy with our Chocolate Mint Melts.”
