Buske Logistics acquires Strategic Warehousing
Strategic currently has three warehouses with 225,000 sq. ft. of space.

Buske Logistics, portfolio company of Fourshore Partners, has announced its partnership with Strategic Warehousing, LLC, a provider of critical contract logistics services with expertise in the food and beverage industries.
Buske Logistics is a 102-year-old, asset-light contract warehousing company with a focus on food and beverage, and automotive industries. Strategic Warehousing is an integrated logistics company based in Eagan, MN that provides warehousing services to the food and beverage industries, with an expertise in confectionery products. Strategic currently operates three warehouses totaling 225,000 square feet in the Twin Cities.
“The Strategic partnership gives us an opportunity to expand our offering to the confectionary industry and expand our network in a highly attractive geography,” says Nick Heinz, CEO of Buske. The transaction was led by Nick Heinz, Daena Baker, Erin Brothers, and Jimmy Aho at Buske, and by Pedro Freyre and Milos Milosevic at Fourshore Partners. Akerman LLP served as legal counsel to Buske and Fourshore.
