Product handling and labeling specialist Sunala has launched the latest version of its TinyTampino Evo equipment for the application of tamper-evident labels to cartons. The TinyTampino Evo can be used to seal chocolate boxes and other confectionery items to aim to ensure tamper-proof closure.  

Best suited for smaller volumes, the compact TinyTampino Evo can be operated on any desk or tabletop. It aims to provide consistent and accurate tamper seal placement across the carton end flap, applying labels up to 50 mm wide by 50 mm long at speeds of up to 20 labels per minute.

The latest version features a simple conversion to apply edge seals on A-frame cartons and thinner packs. The machine reportedly has a maintenance-free design, is of hygienic stainless-steel construction, and can offer quick setup and label changes.

“The TinyTampino Evo plugs the gap in the market for an effective tamper-evident labelling solution with minimal capital outlay,” explains Sunala Technical Sales Manager Jake Barnes.

The TinyTampino Evo will be demonstrated at UK Packaging Expo in Manchester, September 3-4, and at Empack, N.E.C., from February 11-12, 2026.
