Nestlé EVP Sanjay Bahadur to retire in December
Following his retirement, the new hire will report to CFO Anna Manz.

Nestlé has announced that Sanjay Bahadur, EVP and head of group strategy and business development, will retire at the end of December after a career of more than 40 years at the company. He has held various roles across India, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Turkey, and China during his tenure.
In his current position, Bahadur is responsible for portfolio management and the identification and execution of M&A transactions, as well as venture funds, external partnerships, and licensing agreements.

Following Sanjay Bahadur’s retirement, the M&A function will report to CFO Anna Manz.
