Galerie launches Dubai-style truffles
The candy is available in both white and milk chocolate.

Confectioner Galerie recently debuted Dubai Style Truffles, under its Galerie Au Chocolate brand.
Each individually wrapped chocolate includes pistachio cream and kadayif, a shredded phyllo dough traditionally found in Dubai treats. Each 4.16-oz bag includes a window front, and the truffles are available in two varieties: White Truffle with Kadayif & Pistachio and Milk Truffle with Kadayif & Pistachio.
The candies ship in 10-count cases, with an SRP of $5.99 to $7.99.
